Four sets of lines. One learnerin the middle.

Docea AI is a tutor for 7 to 17 year olds, wherever they learn. Parents, teachers and mentors share the same floor, each with their own view and only the access their role allows.

A court plan with four overlapping sets of painted lines, one for each role, around a centre circle where the learner stands.

Every role has its own lines. Pick one to see what it can and cannot reach.

Parents paint the boundary

A daily time limit and quiet hours are checked each time a tutor session starts. They are rules the tutor keeps, not reminders it shows.

  • Daily limit and quiet hoursChoose the minutes and the times of day.
  • Safety settingsA guardian panel for how the tutor behaves with your child.
  • Wellbeing signalsA view of how a learner is getting on, without scores or message content.
  • Family dashboardProgress, family invites and a parent assistant.

Watch the lines do their job

Four moments from the product, drawn as illustrations. The names and numbers are samples; the rules are the real ones.

Illustration, not a screenshot A learner starts a session. The request reaches the parent's rule check, which confirms minutes remain and it is not quiet hours, so the session opens. LEARNER starts a session PARENT'S RULES Today: 25 of 45 min Quiet hours: not now SESSION OPENS
Limits checked at the startA daily limit and quiet hours are checked each time a tutor session starts.
Illustration, sample numbers An exam drill with three answers, each marked right or wrong as soon as it is given, then a readiness bar that fills from 62 to 68. Q1 Solve 3x + 5 = 20 Q2 Expand (x + 2)(x - 3) Q3 Simplify 12/18 EXAM READINESS 62 68
Drills marked straight awayAnswers are marked as they come in, and the results feed a readiness score.
Illustration, sample notes The memory vault shows a tutor note saying fractions to decimals are tricky. The learner strikes it out and a corrected note replaces it. MEMORY VAULT Noted: prefers worked examples first Noted: finds fractions to decimals tricky CORRECTED BY LEARNER Now fine with fractions to decimals
The learner can correct itWhat the tutor remembers is visible to the learner, who can fix a note that is wrong.
Illustration, not a screenshot A mentor sends an invite. It waits until it is accepted, and only then does the mentor's dotted line connect to the learner. MENTOR sends an invite LEARNER decides INVITE WAITING FOR A YES ACCEPTED
Nothing until a yesA mentor sees nothing about a learner until the invite has been accepted.

Nothing the tutor keeps is hidden from the learner

The memory vault shows what the tutor remembers, and the learner can correct it. Drills feed a readiness score, so revision goes where it is needed.

Room for teachers and mentors, on their own lines

Different adults, different boundaries. Nobody gets the whole floor by default.

Teachers run the class

Runs a class: roster, live classroom view and class analytics, for learners enrolled in that class. Learners join with a code, and rosters can come in from a CSV file.

Mentors wait to be let in

Works on goals, plans and session notes only through a mentee link that has been accepted. Goals, milestones and session notes live in one place.

What to know before you start

We would rather say this up front.

  • Docea is built for learners anywhere. Syllabus outlines cover UK GCSE (AQA) and a first set of international curricula, and all of them are marked beta until a subject expert has reviewed them. Check your official syllabus for exactly what your exam covers.
  • Sign-in is by email and password. Single sign-on and two-factor sign-in are not offered yet.
  • Timed drills and exam-conditions mocks use the real paper length only where the exam publishes one; otherwise that option is switched off.
  • Prices are not set yet. See the pricing page.
